SOUNDSCAPE  

To revive the white bay power station and make it became a local landmark again by bringing the knowledge of soundscape and traces of history. The soundscape museum is a civic healing centre that allows people to connect with the community and escape from society. The traditional understanding of sound is to hear. This museum turns sound sonic history into physical experience through narrative architecture.  The new building is interspersed with the old building, feel the history in the old building, arrange new projects in the new building, blending together to guide the future.  Bring in the cymatics sand pattern of the  ‘HERZ' into the building also to create the experience and the journey from loud to soft at the following 6 stages: reverberation, rhythmic, mellow, distinct, pianissimo and soothe.
